Navcon completed the redevelopment of Howard Post, a mixed-use commercial center located between IH-35 and SH-130 in Austin, Texas. The 80,940-square-foot property sits on 35.3 acres and includes retail, dining, and office spaces. The renovation introduced a more modern, updated design while improving the property for a variety of commercial uses.

The pre-engineered metal building featured four-sided masonry and approximately 6,000 square feet of interior finish-out, along with full site development and more than 25,000 square feet of concrete paving.

The project utilized a Structural Insulated Panel System and included full site development, more than 25,000 square feet of concrete paving, retaining walls, utility infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation.
